These Protein pancakes, made in minutes with loads of healthy protein, are just one of amazing recipes from my flagship transformation system.
Ingredients (serves 1):
1 scoop whey protein powder
30g rolled oats
30g fat free cottage cheese
40ml semi-skimmed milk
1 kiwi sliced
While heating a frying pan to a medium high heat, mix the protein powder, oats, banana, cottage cheese, milk and egg in a bowl until very well mixed. Spray entire frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and add batter onto pan. Leave on heat until cooked half way (usually 2-3 minutes), flip and cook on other side until pancake is fully cooked (a further 1 - 2 minute). Top pancake with blueberries, kiwi and stevia.
You can keep the batter in individually portioned jars for easy ready made breakfast. You can also refrigerate or freeze cooked pancakes.
